How to use:

Recommended dose: 2 – 3 capsules, 3 times a day, taken with a glass of water.

In case of concomitant administration with other drugs, it is recommended to observe a minimum interval of 2 hours between ZeolitSpectrum  and other medicinal products.
The recommended duration of use is at least 12 weeks (3 months) or for the entire period in which the body is exposed to recurrent physical stressors.
