Whole Roman chamomile essential oil, 5 ml, Bionovativ

Properties:
- traditionally used to support digestion;
- can maintain digestive comfort.

How to use:
Take 1-2 drops 3 times a day. 
Each dose is previously dissolved in a teaspoon of honey or a quarter teaspoon of food oil.

Roman mulberry (Anthemis noble), essential oil: 100%.

Precautions:
Do not use undiluted. 
It is used only diluted in honey or food oil, not in water.
