Ingredients:
Myrrh (Commiphora myrrha) essential oil: 100%.

Directions for use:
Internal use
Take 3-4 drops, 2 times a day. Each dose is dissolved in a teaspoon of honey or a quarter teaspoon of cooking oil. 

Precautions:
Keep out of reach and sight of small children. Consume preferably before: see the date written on the package. Keep tightly closed, away from moisture and heat. The product is a food supplement and should not replace a varied and balanced diet and a healthy lifestyle. Do not exceed the recommended dose for daily consumption.

Contraindications:
Do not exceed the indicated dose and do not administer undiluted. It is administered only diluted in honey or cooking oil, not in water. It should be administered with caution to pregnant or breastfeeding women and to epileptic people.
